The immigration quota establishes, on an annual basis, the number of non-EU workers that will be admitted entry to the country. The quota refers to subordinate, seasonal and self-employed workers. 

Entrance quotas are authorised by The President of the Council of Ministers Decree and published in the Official Journal.
